Considering my expectations (which were very low) I was extremely pleasantly surprised! I took two capsules, waited an hour and then took another two; as a result I experienced very strong visuals, colour distortions and a feeling of relaxation. The only downside was that I kept wanting to stretch, which - whilst not painful - was sufficiently distracting to take my rating down from a 5 to a 4. I would definitely recommend it though.
