A bank transfer, how does it work?During the checkout of your order, you can choose the payment method "bank transfer".
After completing the payment process you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us with,
among other things, your order number, the total amount to be paid and our bank details.
Use this information to pay for your order with your online banking system.
Or
Take this information to your bank and transfer the amount to our bank account.
Do not forget to mention your order number. Do not mention the website or product names
in the comment section!
As soon as we receive the amount in our account, we will recognize your payment by the
corresponding order number. After this we will send you a confirmation e-mail, indicating
that we have received your payment. Not much later we will send you another confirmation,
indicating that your order has been sent.
During the ordering process the status of your order will change accordingly.
You will receive an e-mail for every status change.

After we have received your payment, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. The status of
your order will be changed to:
- In process:
We have received your payment and your order is being processed.
- Shipped:
Your order has been shipped. Within a few days you will receive the products that you have ordered from us.
An international transfer may incur additional costs. These costs depend on the country in which
you live, and which bank you use.
SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) makes payments within the EU much easier. SEPA also ensures
greater efficiency and lower costs.
