We care about our products and do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Nevertheless, it sometimes can happen that an order breaks during transport or something else happens that makes you claim warranty.
Under European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that comes to light within two years of delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under Dutch law.
If you discover a defect in the product you must contact us within a reasonable time. A reasonable time is within two months. Under circumstances, a period longer than two months may also be acceptable.
If you contact us promptly we will arrange for a free repair or replacement.
It can always happen that something does not quite go as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing email@example.com. From February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to report complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
