Took these a few years ago when i was in the dam a had a good time. A nice mild trip with nice mild visuals perfect for walking the streets of amsterdam, anything stronger would have been to freaky. Never experienced or noticed any of the self analysis stuff that i read in other reviews but proberly due to my surrondings. Would def take these again a nice social trip.
