First time with these seeds, and they do work !, but I suffered a lot of nausea from 30 mins after ingestion, lasting 2 hours.. hot / cold sweats and cramps, when these cleared (very quickly) it was a relaxed mild trip and enjoyable. I infused 10g in water and strained, strangely had a severe munchies attack which helped clear the sicky feeling.
A bit of research has suggested that it is the treatment on the shell / skin that leads to nausea.
