i eated 4 seeds and crushed them before and pealed the husk off of course and remembered to put it in warm water just not too warm, remember these seeds ive heard not works if u add lemon in the water for some taste because lemon removes the lsa in them so they dont work if u use lemon so just drink them with water only a bit disgusting but thats how it works :)
