This was a very pleasant suprise! I little neusa after 45 minutes but that faded after an hour or so. I was then in total bliss for 10hours. Highly recommend stillness and soft music to let your soul be seduced into a state of exctasy. Felt refreshed and in love with myself and life afterwords. Be carefull with the dose, 3-4 seeds is plenty to start with. I will probably not do 5 again, 3-4 is more pleasant.
