It´s a really good stuff. I´ve just tried 4, two hours in distilled water, then drinking.
40 minutes later a good trip works for about 5 hours. I´ve only had for about 2 hours a little bit vomit feeling. I think it´s better you eat all day long nothing and then you make the journey. I´ve ate last about 5 hours before and then I´ve this ugly vomit feeling. If you also have this feeling try to think positive then slowly your feeling will change to better way.
