Native to Asia and Europe, the dandelion has been around for centuries. Dandelion root tea has been used to treat and improve the health of the digestive system, liver and kidneys. Dandelion root tea contains minerals, potassium and electrolytes that are known to stimulate the heartbeat.
Usage of Dandelion Root Tea
Pour about 2½ cups water into a pan, add one tablespoon of dandelion root tea and boil the mixture.
When it is boiling, reduce it to a simmer for up to 30 minutes, after, strain out the root and your tea is ready to be consumed.
For about 2 cups of tea, you need 1 tablespoon of tea spices.
