Added it to my vitamine routine in the morning and the added energy i get from the calmth that washes over me is so extraordinary, my anxiety goes through the roof sometimes and ever since i started meditating and added de 5htp to my life my ability to take on a calmer thought pattern the anxiety has lost its power over me. thank you guys!
